Implant Deal Terms and Conditions 

*50% payment is required upfront for all implant deals, with the remaining 50% to be paid within 30 days of invoice. 

Payments to be made by BACS

*Not all implants need to be ordered at once, they can be sent out as and when required subject to a postage charge of £ + VAT per delivery.

*All implants can be swapped and exchanged like for like within 12 months, as long as all packaging is undamaged and unopened.

*All prices above are correct as of 4th January 2021 and exclude VAT; Implantiem Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offers at any time, without notification.

* All implants to be taken within 12 months.
